By accessing or using proairchimney.com or by requesting an estimate, appointment, inspection, or related service through Air Duct and Chimney Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services through it.

Air Duct and Chimney Services operates as a service brand for air duct, chimney, dryer vent, and related inspection services. Requests made through this website may be reviewed, scheduled, quoted, and fulfilled by us directly or by an employee, subcontractor, or independent service provider working with us.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, same-day scheduling, emergency response, or service in every location. We may decline, reroute, or refer a request when needed based on geography, availability, scope, or operational fit.

• Appointments are always subject to availability and are not confirmed until we or the assigned service provider confirm them.
• You must provide accurate contact and property information when requesting service.
• You or another authorized adult (18+) must be available during the appointment window unless we agree otherwise in advance.
• We may reschedule or decline a request if the address, scope, service area, property conditions, or staffing situation make the request unavailable or unsuitable.

• Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided to us.
• Final pricing may change if on-site conditions, access, scope, code issues, vent count, system condition, or additional requested work differ from the original description.
• We will review material additional charges with you before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate.
• Payment terms may vary depending on the job type, booking method, and provider assigned to the work.

Unless a different written warranty is provided for a specific job, workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service. If you report a workmanship-related issue within that period, we will review it and, when appropriate, return to address the issue at no additional charge.

This limited workmanship commitment does not cover pre-existing conditions, unrelated system failures, concealed damage, code-compliance issues, misuse, neglect, normal wear, or work performed by others.

By requesting or receiving service, you agree to:

• provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
• disclose known hazards, prior damage, or conditions that may affect the work
• secure pets and keep children away from the active work area
• provide accurate information about the property, systems, and requested services

By providing your contact information in connection with a request, you authorize us and the service provider handling your request to contact you about quotes, scheduling, rescheduling, arrival windows, follow-up, and service-related updates by phone, text, or email, subject to applicable law.

We may use third-party software and service providers for forms, scheduling, payments, communications, analytics, customer support, and fulfillment. We are not responsible for the separate terms, policies, downtime, or failures of third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Air Duct and Chimney Services and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the website, the request process, or the services.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific service shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that service.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, code violations, or conditions outside the scope of the work we agreed to perform.

When using this website, you agree to:
