• You must provide accurate contact, address, and service details when submitting a request.
• We may decline, reroute, reschedule, or cancel a request if access, location, scope, timing, or property conditions make the request unavailable or unsuitable.

• Quoted prices are estimates based on the information available at the time of the request.
• Final pricing may change if on-site conditions, system access, vent count, contamination level, or requested scope differ from the original description.
• Any material change in scope or pricing will be reviewed before work beyond the original estimate proceeds.

Requests submitted through these landing pages may be reviewed, scheduled, quoted, or fulfilled by Premier Air Duct & Chimney Services directly or by a service provider working with us.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, immediate dispatch, or service in every case.

By submitting a request or receiving service, you agree to:

• ensure an authorized adult is available during the appointment window unless otherwise agreed

By providing your contact information, you authorize Premier Air Duct & Chimney Services, and any service provider working with us on your request, to contact you by phone, text, or email about quotes, scheduling, rescheduling, arrival windows, follow-up, and other request-related updates, subject to applicable law.

Unless a different written warranty is provided for a specific job, workmanship-related concerns reported within 30 days of completed service may be reviewed for corrective follow-up when appropriate.

This does not cover pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, unrelated HVAC failures, code issues, misuse, neglect, or work performed by others.
